How to use Layvera Cargo: for shippers, drivers and companies

🚀 Getting started

  1. Open @Layvera_Cargo_bot and tap “Start”.
  2. Choose a language and accept the rules.
  3. Choose a role: “I have cargo” (shipper) or “I'm a driver”.
  4. Share your phone with the button — the other side sees it only after you pick each other.
  5. The “Layvera” button next to the input opens the app: cargo map, market, “Road”, profile.
  6. On the website you can log in with Telegram — same account as the bot.

📦 Shippers: finding a truck

  1. Tap “🎁 New cargo”: from, to, date, weight, volume, body, price, photo. Or write one line: “cargo Tashkent Moscow 20 t tomorrow tent”.
  2. The price hint shows what is paid on this route.
  3. The bot sends the 3 best trucks right away and notifies matching drivers.
  4. Turn on bidding — drivers offer prices, you pick the best.
  5. Tap “Choose” — both sides get contacts. Confirm the trip within 24 hours.
  6. After confirmation you get a PDF contract you can sign with your finger.
  7. Track the trip: “Loaded → On the way → Delivered”, live location, a link for the recipient.
  8. Urgent? Turn on “🔥 Urgent” — the cargo is shown first. For monthly volume — a tender on the website.
  9. After delivery rate the driver and leave a review.

🚛 Drivers: sign-up and loads

  1. Sign-up: truck, capacity, plate, passport photo, selfie holding the passport, registration photo, truck photo with the plate.
  2. Only a moderator sees documents. Review usually takes up to 24 hours.
  3. After approval: “🚚 New trip” — route, date and free tonnage.
  4. Subscribe to your routes — new loads come to you.
  5. “Take cargo” in one tap, or offer your price in bidding.
  6. On the trip mark “Loaded → On the way → Delivered”. The shipper sees the status.
  7. After delivery the bot shows return and on-the-way loads — don't drive back empty.
  8. Good reviews raise your level and rating. Premium puts your trips first.

🤝 Deal, contract and payment

  1. A deal starts when both sides tap “Confirm trip”.
  2. A PDF contract is sent to both automatically, with an e-signature.
  3. Posting is free. A fee is charged only for a confirmed trip.
  4. Paying the fee: /pay — details and a “Send receipt” button. Part can be paid with points (/bonus).
  5. Invite a friend (/invite) — 50% off your next fee after their first trip.
  6. Something went wrong — open a dispute (/dispute), the Layvera arbiter will resolve it.

🛣 “On the road”: weather, cameras, rest

  1. The “🛣 On the road” button in the menu or the “Road” tab in the app.
  2. Weather: now and for 7 days where you are, plus all regions and the Kamchik pass. A red card means dangerous for trucks.
  3. Speed cameras: tap “Start trip mode” — a sound and voice alert 700 m before a camera.
  4. Rest: “Start driving” / “Stop for rest” — the bot counts 4 h 30 min to a break and 9 h a day and reminds you.
  5. Fuel, truck parking, repair, tyres, food, motels — one tap on the map near you.
  6. Also: border documents, central bank rates, calculator.

🛡 Safety

  1. Every driver is verified: passport, selfie with passport, registration, truck photo with plate.
  2. Phones are hidden until you pick each other. You can ask questions through the bot.
  3. Check a company or person by TIN or phone: /check.
  4. Don't send prepayments to strangers outside Layvera and never share SMS codes.
  5. Violations — the “Complain” button. We block violators.
  6. You can delete your data any time: /privacy.

🏢 Companies and fleets

  1. Profile → “🏢 Company”: name and TIN, an invite link for drivers and dispatchers.
  2. The manager sees employees' requests, trips and turnover and gets deal and SOS alerts.
  3. Excel and PDF reports: /report. Pay fees for everyone with one button.
  4. Tenders and a company card with a QR code — on the website.
  5. Need a personal manager — leave a request on the “For business” page.
