How does Layvera Cargo work?
1) Cargo owners post loads, drivers post free trips. 2) The bot picks the 3 best matches by route, date, weight and body type. 3) You choose a match — both sides get each other's contacts. 4) You agree on details and press «Confirm trip». 5) The driver marks «Loaded ➡️ On the way ➡️ Delivered»; after delivery you rate each other.
How much does it cost?
Posting and matching are free. When both sides confirm a trip, each side pays a 5% fee of the trip price. If the price is in $ or ₽, the fee is converted to UZS at the Central Bank rate.
How do I pay the fee?
After confirmation the bot sends payment options: a card invoice right in Telegram and/or a bank transfer with a receipt. Open unpaid invoices any time with /pay. Due within 3 days.
Why is my driver profile under review?
We check every driver's documents to protect cargo owners from fraud. It usually takes up to 24 hours. Loads are hidden until approval.
How do I edit or delete a request?
Open «📝 My requests» ➡️ under the request press «✍ Edit» (price, date, weight, extend by 7 days) or «🗑 Delete». Requests close after 7 days — the bot reminds you a day before.
The other side doesn't respond or cheated
If the trip isn't confirmed yet, press «❌ Decline» — the match is cancelled and requests become visible again. For serious issues press «🔔 Report a problem» under the match. We'll investigate and may block the violator.
How do ratings work?
After delivery both sides rate each other 1–5⭐ and can leave a review. The average rating and trip count appear in matches and contacts.
How do I get loads on my route?
Profile ➡️ «🔔 Route alerts» (or /subs). Add a route and the bot instantly sends every new request on it. Up to 10 alerts.
